An egalitarian society where the resources are shared equally and where there is no discrimination on the basis of class, caste and gender.

MISSION
Facilitating the process of socio – economic and political empowerment of women, Dalits and children of the target area through the tools of mobilizing, unionizing, education, networking. Lobbying and advocacy, in a participatory process, and by adopting the legal and meta legal strategies.

Strategic Objectives:

• Consolidating the Dalit women movement as an independent functioning platform towards autonomy/independent functioning.
• Achieving gender justice and equality at all levels for dalit women
• Protecting the rights of women / Dalit women through affirmative actions
• Eradication of child labor practice and promotion and promotion of child rights
